Area Sales Manager – Defence/Government Hospitals

Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Experience: 4–6 Years

Annual CTC: Up to ₹7.00 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to government and defence hospitals to promote medical devices and healthcare equipment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, doctors, biomedical engineers, purchase departments, and other key decision-makers.
• Identify business opportunities by meeting hospital authorities and understanding their equipment requirements.
• Generate leads, arrange product demonstrations, and follow up on prospective and existing customers.
• Drive sales and business development across government and defence hospital accounts in the assigned territory.
• Maintain regular field visits, customer interactions, and sales reports.

Candidate Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in field sales to government and defence hospitals.
• Experience in the medical devices or healthcare equipment industry is preferred.
• Must have a strong understanding of hospital visits, institutional sales, and relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
