Treasury Manager

We are seeking a skilled Treasury Manager to oversee our organization's treasury functions, including bank account management, compliance with KYC and AML regulations, and ensuring proper signatory and mandate processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in treasury operations and financial management, with a focus on maintaining the integrity of our financial transactions and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of bank account management, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Implement and monitor KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures to mitigate risks associated with financial transactions.
• Act as a signatory for financial documents and transactions, ensuring that all mandates are followed accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) regulations and other relevant financial regulations.
• Utilize Treasury Management Systems (TMS) to optimize cash management and reporting processes.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management regarding treasury operations and financial risk management.
