Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from international customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Sell international flight tickets, hotel reservations and holiday packages.
• Provide travel advice, itinerary information and suitable travel options.
• Check fares, availability and reservations using GDS systems.
• Deliver excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
• Upsell suitable travel products and maximise sales opportunities.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and maintain accurate booking records.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Experienced Candidates: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the travel industry or international travel sales.
• Freshers: Candidates with a travel, tourism or aviation background may apply.
• Knowledge of any GDS system — Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo — is preferred/required for experienced candidates.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Gujarati and/or Punjabi language skills will be an advantage.
• Strong sales, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to work UK shifts from the office.
• Graduate or postgraduate candidates are welcome.
