Travel & Hospitality Operations Executive

Stay Edge is a technology-driven hospitality company providing hotel reservation management, booking engine, channel management, payment and distribution solutions to hotels and resorts.

Job Responsibilities

Manage hotel reservations and booking enquiries.

Coordinate with hotels, resorts and travel partners.

Handle OTA, booking engine and channel manager operations.

Monitor reservations, cancellations, modifications and availability.

Support hotel partners with day-to-day reservation and distribution issues.

Coordinate with internal technology and support teams.

Maintain accurate reservation and business reports.

Communicate professionally with hotel and travel-industry clients.

Requirements

Mandatory: Previous experience in the Travel, Tourism, Hotel or Hospitality industry.

Experience in hotel reservations, front office, travel operations, OTA or channel management is preferred.

Good knowledge of hotel reservation processes and online distribution.

Good communication skills in English.

Knowledge of Malayalam is an advantage.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace.

Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple clients.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in hotel reservation systems, booking engines, channel managers, OTAs, PMS or travel agencies will be given preference.
