Key Responsibilities

Handle corporate business accounts and represent Tripgain as a one-stop solution for all travel-related needs.

Listen, understand, and lead client conversations to provide timely and effective travel solutions, including airlines, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services.

Build strong client relationships and become a trusted advisor, providing informed recommendations to enhance traveler experience.

Manage all travel operations such as PNR creation, ticket issuance, re-issuance, refunds, cancellations, date changes, voluntary and involuntary changes.

Support both implant roles (on client premises) and back-office operations.

Adapt to rotational and night shifts as required.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate with 2 3 years of experience in the travel industry.

Strong knowledge of geography and travel processes.

Proficiency in GDS systems such as Galileo, Sabre, or Amadeus.

Excellent public relations skills with a proactive, go-getter attitude.

Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
