Paradise Yatra is a travel company specializing in domestic and international tour packages, honeymoon holidays, family vacations, group departures, luxury travel, and customized travel experiences. We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Travel Consultants to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, website, and other lead sources.
• Understand customer requirements, travel preferences, and budgets.
• Recommend and sell suitable domestic and international tour packages.
• Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals.
• Follow up regularly with potential customers and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up updates in the company CRM or tracking system.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, destination partners, and the operations team.
• Assist customers with booking confirmations, payments, and pre-travel requirements.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize booking conversions.
• Maintain professional communication and build long-term customer relationships.

Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Fluency in Hindi and basic to good English communication.
• Interest in travel, tourism, and customer service.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp and email.
• Ability to handle customer objections, follow up consistently, and close sales.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in travel sales, telecalling, or customer handling is an advantage.
