Travel Consultant Branch Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Travel Consultant – Branch Head / Team Head to lead our travel operations, manage a team of travel consultants, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the travel consultant team.
• Handle domestic and international travel packages, including customized itineraries.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, DMCs, hotels, and travel partners.
• Manage customer enquiries, quotations, bookings, and end-to-end travel arrangements.
• Drive sales targets, revenue growth, and team performance.
• Handle client negotiations, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Train and guide team members to improve sales and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the travel and tourism industry.
• Previous experience in team handling, branch management, or sales leadership is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international holiday packages.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Strong leadership, sales, and team management abilities.
• Ability to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Compensation & Benefits
