Transformation Business Analyst – UK Business Banking

Job Description

• Understand business requirements and identify areas requiring transformation or change.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows and requirement documentation.
• Work with business and technology teams to translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Analyse current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) processes.
• Identify process gaps, risks, dependencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Support the complete business change / transformation lifecycle from requirement gathering through implementation.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across business, technology and operations.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions and stakeholder meetings.
• Track requirements, changes, issues and dependencies throughout the project.
• Support UAT planning, test scenarios and business validation.
• Ensure successful implementation of transformation initiatives.
• Provide regular project/status updates to relevant stakeholders.
