Training Manager

We are seeking an expert Training Manager to standardize, manage, and scale our technical training programs across our BIM services departments. The selected candidate will be initially provided training on the BIM software.

The ideal candidate should be a Civil Engineer with at least 2 year's experience in teaching or training civil engineering related courses

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Design & Delivery: Build comprehensive training programs, user manuals, and video tutorials customized to our light-gauge steel detailing workflows.
• Multi-Platform Software Upskilling: Lead continuous training across a specialized software suite of Vertex BD, FreameCAD, Revit MWF Strucsoft and Scottsteel
• Quality Assurance & Standards: Implement corporate BIM standards, ensuring that trainees build models as per the existing processes
• Competency Assessments: Establish technical milestones for onboarding new hires and upgrading existing detailing staff with new software updates .

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Civil Engineer with 2+ years of experience in a dedicated teaching, training or mentorship capacity.
• Communication Skills: Excellent presentation ability, capable of translating complex parametric modeling workflows into clear instructions for both trainee BIM Engineers and junior detailers.
