HIRING – TRAINING & PLACEMENT OFFICER (TPO)

Industry: IT Training / Education

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Salary: ₹15,000–₹24,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and skills)

Work Mode: On-site / Remote / Part-time

Key Requirements

Experience in Training & Placement / Student Placement is preferred.

Background in educational institutes, IT training centers, schools, or colleges is an advantage.

Proven track record of student placements and a strong company/recruiter network.

Excellent communication, coordination, and administrative skills.

Result-oriented and target-driven approach.

Remote candidates must achieve agreed monthly student placement targets.

Part-time candidates can also be considered if they meet the criteria.

Alternative Candidate Profiles

If suitable TPO profiles are unavailable, we are also open to considering candidates with:

Experience managing administration in a reputed school, college, or educational institute.

Experience conducting communication skills, spoken English, or personality development classes.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Good administrative and coordination abilities.

A willingness to learn and take on placement-related responsibilities.

Female candidates with relevant administrative experience or experience teaching communication skills at a reputed school or college are also welcome to apply.

Note: We are primarily looking for a TPO/Placement professional, not just a general HR professional. However, candidates with strong communication and administrative skills from the education sector may also be considered.

Salary is negotiable for the right candidate based on experience, skills, and suitability for the role.
