Trainee Quantity Surveyor Cum Site Engineer Kozhikode (India)

Location: Kozhikode, Mukkam

Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year/Experienced

Key Responsibilities

Assist in quantity take-off and preparation of BOQs

Support billing work (RA bills, final bills, subcontractor bills)

Prepare measurement sheets as per drawings and site requirements

Help in cost estimation and material reconciliation

Coordinate with site engineers and vendors for measurements

Maintain proper project documentation and records

Learn contract terms, rate analysis, and cost control procedure.

Site execution of bridge foundations, piers, abutments & superstructure

Supervision of concreting, shuttering, reinforcement & piling works

Coordination with contractors, consultants & lab teams

Quantity measurements & BOQ verification

Ensuring quality, safety & timeline compliance

Daily site reports and progress tracking

Job Types: Full time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
