Job Title: Dispatcher/Tracking Coordinator for North America Logistics

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced logistics professional with hands-on experience working with **North American transportation/logistics operations**, particularly the U.S. market.

Key Requirements

• Fluent in **spoken and written English**.
• Strong understanding of **U.S. states, geography, major cities, and transportation lanes**.
• Previous experience working with a **logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, or trucking company serving the U.S. market**.
• Hands-on experience using **TMS (Transportation Management Systems)**.
• Good understanding of **North American logistics terminology and processes**.
• Practical experience with **load dispatching and truck/load coordination**.
• Experience with **load tracking**, including communicating with drivers and providing shipment status updates.
• Proven experience **communicating and coordinating with customers and carriers**.
• Ability to manage multiple loads and tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong follow-up, communication, and problem-solving skills.

### Responsibilities

• Dispatch and coordinate loads with drivers and carriers.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
• Coordinate between **customers, carriers, drivers, and internal teams**.
• Update and maintain information in the TMS.
• Monitor load status from **pickup through final delivery**.
• Handle day-to-day operational issues and follow up until resolution.
• Communicate professionally with U.S.-based customers and transportation partners.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation and system updates.

Preferred Experience

• **2+ years of experience** in North American logistics/transportation.
• Experience with **U.S. trucking, freight brokerage, dispatch, or 3PL operations**.
• Familiarity with common logistics platforms/TMS systems is preferred.
• *- Experience working with U.S. customers and carriers is strongly preferred.

Pay: ₹30,700.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
