Are you a target-driven travel professional with proven experience in FIT (Free Independent Traveler) and Group Tour Sales?

Bayard Vacations is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced Tour Consultant & Sales Specialist to join our team at Nandini Layout, Bengaluru.

🏆 What We're Looking For

Experience: 1–3+ years of hands-on experience in travel sales or tour operations.
Core Expertise: Strong knowledge of FIT sales, group tours, and bulk bookings.
Specialized Knowledge: Experience handling corporate, institutional, or SLED (State, Local, Education) group bookings within the tour operating industry.
Communication: Excellent English and Hindi communication skills. Kannada proficiency is an added advantage.

💼 Key Responsibilities

Manage and convert inbound domestic and international holiday enquiries.
Design, customize, and price competitive travel itineraries.
Pitch, negotiate, and close group travel deals with corporate and institutional clients.
Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and ground handlers to ensure seamless trip execution.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

💰 Compensation & Benefits

Fixed Salary: ₹30,000–₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and previous CTC.
Performance-based incentives.
