Ticketed Events & Sponsorships Manager — Delhi NCR.

We’re looking for an experienced events professional to join our team in Delhi NCR and own the planning and on-ground execution of high-quality events.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience delivering ticketed events and understands the full event lifecycle—from ideation and operations to ticketing, partnerships, sponsorships, and post-event reporting.

What you’ll do

• Plan and execute events end-to-end, working closely with our internal team.
• Create detailed event plans, timelines, budgets, and execution checklists.
• Lead venue coordination, vendor management, permissions, production, staffing, and on-ground operations.
• Develop and manage ticketing strategies to drive registrations and attendance.
• Identify, pitch, and close relevant sponsors and brand partners.
• Build sponsorship proposals, manage partner deliverables, and ensure strong sponsor experience before, during, and after events.
• Anticipate risks, solve problems quickly, and ensure events run smoothly.
• Track event performance, attendee feedback, ticket sales, costs, and sponsor outcomes.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience planning and executing ticketed events in Delhi NCR.
• Strong understanding of how sponsorships work: identifying prospects, creating proposals, pitching brands, and delivering committed visibility and benefits.
• A reliable, ownership-driven operator who can independently turn a plan into execution.
• Strong vendor, venue, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment and being present on-ground during events.
