Territory Sales Officer

Full Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and target-oriented Sales Officer to join our field sales team in the Ayurvedic & Herbal Pharmaceutical division.

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our range of Ayurvedic medicines to doctors, expanding our retail chemist network, and driving sales growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Doctor Detailing: Visit BAMS doctors, Ayurvedic practitioners, and general physicians to detail product features and secure regular prescriptions.
• Chemist & Stockist Coverage: Visit retail chemist outlets to push secondary sales, take orders, and ensure stock availability.
• Network Expansion: Identify and onboard new stockists, distributors, and retail counters across the assigned area.
• Target Achievement: Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.
• Market Reporting: Maintain daily call reports (DCR), keep doctor list updated, and monitor competitor activities in the field.
• Payment Collection: Coordinate with stockists and trade partners to ensure timely payment collections.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1 to 4 years of field sales experience in Ayurvedic, Herbal, or Pharma Sales (Required).
• Education: Graduate in any stream (B.Pharm / B.Sc / Commerce / Any Graduate).
• Vehicle: Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license and a personal vehicle for daily territory travel.
• Skills: Excellent communication, strong negotiation skills, and good local market knowledge.

Supplemental Pay Types

• Commission pay

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
