Role Description The Territory Sales Executive and Surgery Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Chittorgarh. In the territory sales function, the individual will promote hospital services and medical programs, build and maintain relationships with referring physicians, clinics, and partner organizations, and conduct regular field visits within the assigned region. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, supporting marketing initiatives, preparing basic sales reports, and ensuring consistent communication with the hospital’s management team. As a surgery assistant, the individual will support surgical teams with pre-operative preparation, patient guidance, coordination of instruments and supplies, and post-operative follow-up under the supervision of licensed medical staff. The role involves close collaboration with doctors, nurses, and administrative personnel to ensure smooth surgical workflows and a positive experience for patients and partners.
