Role Description This full-time Telemarketing Specialist role is an on-site position based in New Delhi. The Telemarketing Specialist will engage with prospective and existing customers over the phone to introduce Milagrow’s service robot solutions, explain product features, and respond to inquiries. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, following up on inbound and outbound calls, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and coordinating with the sales team to support conversions and closures. The role also involves providing courteous customer support, handling basic service-related questions, and ensuring a positive brand experience during every interaction. The Telemarketing Specialist is expected to meet call volume and performance targets while adhering to Milagrow’s ethical business practices.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Lead Generation and Sales skills, including the ability to identify prospects and support the sales pipeline.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with clear spoken English and Hindi and the ability to explain technical products simply.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with a focus on resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Relevant experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or call center operations, preferably in consumer electronics or technology products.
• Comfort with using CRM software, call tracking tools, and basic office applications.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work in a target-driven, on-site environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
