📌 Position: Telecaller – Sales & Customer Support

📍 Location: Pune, Maharashtra

👥 No. of Openings: 01

🎓 Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate

💼 Experience: 0–2 Years

(Freshers with good communication and convincing skills are welcome to apply.)

💰 CTC: Based on experience & interview performance

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.

Introduce and explain SWAK Foods' products and offerings.

Generate new sales leads and follow up with existing leads.

Maintain customer information, call records, and follow-up details.

Handle customer queries and provide appropriate product information.

Follow up with customers to convert enquiries into sales.

Coordinate with the Sales & Operations team for order processing and lead conversion.

Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.

💡 Required Skills

Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi.

Good convincing and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets.

Confident and positive attitude.

Customer-oriented approach.

Ability to follow up consistently and achieve targets.

Interest in sales, food & FMCG business will be an added advantage.
