Telecaller – Logistics

TranspoGO is looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to support our logistics and transportation business. The candidate will contact potential customers, explain our services, generate leads, and coordinate follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and businesses.
• Contact transporters, truck owners, distributors, warehouses, and other business prospects.
• Explain TranspoGO's transportation and logistics services.
• Generate leads and schedule meetings for the business development team.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain lead records.
• Update customer information and call status in Google Sheets or CRM.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, and/or English.
• Basic knowledge of computers, smartphones, and Google Sheets.
• Confidence in making calls and speaking with new people.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
