About the Role

We are looking for a technically inclined, customer-focused professional to handle enquiries for Dhaara Pulse smart water meters, recommend suitable solutions, and convert leads into paid orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and website leads.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable smart water metering solutions.
• Assess basic piping, flow, pressure, and installation requirements.
• Explain product features, pricing, and installation procedures.
• Prepare quotations, address customer queries, and follow up to close sales.
• Coordinate with technical and installation teams for demonstrations and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales opportunities.
• Collect customer feedback and share market insights with internal teams.

Candidate Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–4 years of experience in technical sales, water systems, plumbing, pumps, instrumentation, or related fields.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and explain solutions clearly.
• Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English is preferred.

Success Measures

Sales conversion, revenue collected, technical recommendation accuracy, customer satisfaction, and CRM discipline.

Compensation: Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives linked to collected sales.
