Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in hiring for the Singapore IT market. The ideal candidate should have experience recruiting for Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, and Technology clients while managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for Singapore-based clients.

• Source quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Naukri, GitHub, X-Ray Search, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, salary expectations, notice period, and relocation/visa eligibility.
• Build strong talent pipelines across various technology domains.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Negotiate offers and manage candidate engagement until onboarding.
• Maintain accurate recruitment reports and ATS updates.
• Work closely with Delivery Managers and Account Managers to understand hiring requirements.
• Achieve recruitment KPIs, submission targets, interview ratios, and closures.
• Stay updated with Singapore hiring trends, salary benchmarks, EP/S Pass eligibility, and market intelligence.
• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment with exposure to the Singapore market.
• Solid understanding of Singapore recruitment processes and hiring practices.
• Hands-on experience sourcing technical professionals across various technologies.
• Expertise in Boolean Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray Search, GitHub, and major job portals.
• Excellent stakeholder and candidate management skills.
