We are looking for US IT Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team and work on US-based IT staffing requirements.

📍 Location: CR Park, New Delhi

🕡 Working Hours: 06:30 PM – 03:30 AM

💼 Role: US IT Recruiter

🏢 Work Mode: On-site

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit IT professionals for US-based requirements.
• Work on job portals, LinkedIn, candidate databases, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, and job requirements.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and schedule interviews.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline and recruitment database.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates within defined timelines.
• Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth coordination through submission and interview stages.
• Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing is preferred.
• Good knowledge of US IT hiring and recruitment processes.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn US IT recruitment may also be considered.
