Hands-on experience of observability tools (e.g. Grafana, ELK, widgets etc).
Good BSS domain understanding (Order management, APIGW, DataBus, charging, provisioning).
The person should have knowledge of System integration lifecycle for a full stack BSS/OSS implementation and having experience of delivering minimum two BSS transformation project for Global telecom operators providing GSM/CDMA, 4G/5G, Broadband services.
Knowledge of Wiki, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or similar.
Experience in managing, communicating, and executing change.
Experience in conflict management for cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
Expertise in analytical thinking and effective decision making.
Demonstrates high level of time and productivity management.
Excellent interpersonal skills, presentation, and demonstration skills.
Work mode Hybrid - German Timings

Job Responsibilities

Monitoring requirements (input from OPS).
Work closely with OSS to deliver dashboards.
Good understanding of observability concepts.
Resolving issues related to data on-boarding (existing, new on-boarding).
Providing/designing reports for operational monitoring.
Close co-operation with stakeholders like operations, OSS, observability development team, BSS development teams & third parties/vendors.
Providing regular status updates to stakeholders (e.g. management, client).
Ensure that all Observability requirements are delivered on-time & within scope.
Report and manage escalation with help of senior management as needed.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation.
