Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Monitoring requirements (input from OPS).
  • Work closely with OSS to deliver dashboards.
  • Good understanding of observability concepts.
  • Resolving issues related to data on-boarding (existing, new on-boarding).
  • Providing/designing reports for operational monitoring.
  • Close co-operation with stakeholders like operations, OSS, observability development team, BSS development teams & third parties/vendors.
  • Providing regular status updates to stakeholders (e.g. management, client).
  • Ensure that all Observability requirements are delivered on-time & within scope.
  • Report and manage escalation with help of senior management as needed.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation.
