Mobile Developer (Flutter), 2-4 yrs exp, part-time

We are seeking a talented and motivated Mobile Developer with 2-4 years of professional, non-internship experience to join our team.

You will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining high-performance, visually stunning cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and the Dart programming language.

• Design, develop, and deploy robust, high-quality cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android using Flutter and Dart.
• Translate UI/UX designs into clean, modular, and functional mobile user interfaces.

• Stay current with the latest Flutter and mobile development trends, tools, and best practices.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional experience (excluding internships) as a Mobile Developer or Software Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in the Dart programming language and hands-on experience developing and shipping complex applications using Flutter.
• Deep understanding of mobile development lifecycle, platform-specific constraints, and app store submission processes (iOS and Android).
• Experience with various state management architectures in Flutter.
• Familiarity with native build tools (e.g., Xcode, Android Studio, Gradle).
• Practical experience integrating with external libraries, APIs, and third-party services.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, debugging capabilities, and attention to detail.

📈 Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of native mobile development (Swift/Kotlin/Java) for integrating platform-specific features.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications (e.g., Fastlane, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with database solutions like SQLite or Firebase/Firestore.
• A strong interest in and demonstrable use of AI tools to optimize workflow, automate boilerplate code generation, and aid in complex algorithm implementation.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
