Technical Product Designer(Soft Goods, Backpacks & Luggage)

Product Research, Development & Technical Design Manager

• Research North American market trends, consumer needs, and competitor products to identify new product opportunities.
• Develop innovative product concepts, sketches, and functional designs for bags, backpacks, luggage, outdoor gear, and related products.
• Create production-ready technical packs (Tech Packs), Bills of Materials (BOMs), specifications, and construction details.
• Research and select suitable materials, fabrics, hardware, trims, zippers, webbing, and other components.
• Collaborate with Indian manufacturers, factories, pattern makers, and sample rooms to develop and refine prototypes.
• Review samples, test functionality and durability, identify design or manufacturing issues, and recommend improvements.
• Ensure designs balance creativity, functionality, durability, cost, and manufacturing feasibility.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chandigarh, Chandigarh
