Technical Lead – Java Full Stack

We are hiring a Technical Lead with 8+ years of experience in Java Full Stack development to lead enterprise application delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, ReactJS, and AWS cloud technologies. You will lead a team of 4–5 developers, drive application enhancements, manage production support, and ensure timely delivery within SLA commitments. Hands-on experience with Amazon EKS, API Gateway, Elastic Load Balancer, GitLab CI/CD, AWS CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, CodePipeline, and Python automation using Airflow is essential. The role involves code reviews, DevSecOps implementation, deployment management, incident resolution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Candidates should possess excellent leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills. Prior experience in Agile environments, cloud-native application development, and willingness to provide weekend or night on-call support are highly preferred. Mumbai-based candidates will be given preference.
