Role Description This is a full-time, on-site React Native Developer role based in Faridabad. The React Native Developer will build and maintain mobile applications that support VehicleCare’s claims fulfillment and repair operations, ensuring high performance, reliability, and a smooth user experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing new features, integrating APIs, managing state, optimizing application performance, and collaborating with product, design, and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The role involves writing clean, testable code, troubleshooting and debugging issues, and contributing to code reviews and documentation. The developer will help improve existing applications and participate in planning and deploying updates aligned with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong front-end development skills, including experience with React Native and JavaScript.
• Candidates should possess back-end web development and general software development skills to integrate and consume APIs effectively.
• Candidates should possess state management skills, including experience with Redux.js or similar libraries.
• Candidates should possess solid understanding of mobile app architecture, performance optimization, and debugging tools.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with RESTful services, version control systems (e.g., Git), and CI/CD practices.
• Candidates should possess effective problem-solving abilities, clear communication skills, and the capacity to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
• Experience in automotive, insurance, or operations-focused platforms is a plus.
