Team Leader/Manager (Talent Acquisition)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader/Manager in Talent Acquisition to join our team at Converse Placement Services India Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, particularly in managing teams and handling various hiring processes. This role is crucial for driving our recruitment efforts and ensuring we meet our clients' talent needs effectively.

**Role Summary:**

As a Team Leader/Manager in Talent Acquisition, you will oversee a team of recruiters, guiding them in sourcing and hiring top talent across various sectors. You will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring that the team meets its hiring targets. Your leadership will be key in fostering a productive and motivated team environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead and manage a team of 40-50 recruiters, providing guidance and support in their recruitment efforts.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for lateral, bulk, and BPO hiring.
• Ensure that the team meets its hiring goals and maintains high standards of candidate quality.
• Handle client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration and professional growth.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

**Required Skills:**

• Proven experience in lateral hiring, bulk hiring, and BPO hiring.
• Strong team handling experience with the ability to manage a large team of recruiters.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and candidates.
• Client handling experience is a plus.
