Team Leader/Manager (Talent Acquisition)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader/Manager in Talent Acquisition to join Converse Placement Services India Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, particularly in lateral, bulk, and BPO hiring, and will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters to meet the hiring needs of our clients.

• *Role Summary:** As a Team Leader/Manager, you will oversee the recruitment process, manage a team of at least 10 recruiters, and ensure that all hiring goals are met efficiently and effectively. You will play a crucial role in shaping the recruitment strategy and enhancing the overall performance of the team.
• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various sectors.
• Handle client relationships and understand their hiring needs to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the recruitment team, providing feedback and training as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of professionalism.
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
• *Required Skills:**
• Proven experience in lateral hiring, bulk hiring, and BPO hiring.
• Strong team handling experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of recruiters.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Client handling experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
