Team Leader/Assistant Manager (Talent Acquisition)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader/Assistant Manager in Talent Acquisition to join Converse Placement Services India Pvt. Ltd. This role is pivotal in leading our recruitment efforts and managing a team of recruiters to meet the hiring needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, particularly in lateral and bulk hiring, and will be responsible for overseeing a team of at least 10 recruiters.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters, ensuring effective recruitment strategies are implemented to meet client demands.
• Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing to placement, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Engage in lateral and bulk hiring, utilizing various sourcing techniques to attract top talent.
• Handle client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, providing guidance and support to team members.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in lateral hiring, bulk hiring, and BPO hiring.
• Strong team handling experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of recruiters.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and candidates.
• Client handling experience is an added advantage.
