Team Leader/Assistant Manager (Talent Acquisition)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader/Assistant Manager (Talent Acquisition) to join our team at Converse Placement Services India Pvt. Ltd. This role is crucial for driving our recruitment efforts and managing a team of recruiters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the recruitment industry, particularly in lateral, bulk, and BPO hiring. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of at least 10 recruiters, ensuring that recruitment targets are met and that the team operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure effective recruitment processes.
• Oversee lateral, bulk, and BPO hiring initiatives, ensuring that the organization attracts top talent.
• Handle client relationships and understand their hiring needs to align recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Monitor team performance and implement strategies for improvement and efficiency.
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in lateral hiring, bulk hiring, and BPO hiring.
• Strong team handling experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of recruiters.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and candidates.
• Client handling experience is an added advantage.
