Team Lead - Learning & Development in Navi Mumbai, Vashi, Belapur, Panvel, Kharghar

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis by understanding client and organizational training requirements.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating training programs and workshops.
• Develop and update training materials, presentations (PPTs), handouts, activities, and learning resources.
• Coordinate with internal and external Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for content development and training delivery.
• Prepare training schedules, trainer briefs, and ensure all pre-session activities are completed.
• Manage end-to-end training logistics, including participant communication, venue/online session arrangements, and technical support.
• Register participants on the Learning Management System (LMS) and maintain training records.
• Monitor live training sessions and ensure smooth execution of both online and offline programs.
• Track attendance, assessments, participant feedback, and maintain accurate training documentation.
• Prepare post-training reports, feedback summaries, and client reports.
• Maintain trainer databases, training records, and archive training materials and session recordings.
• Ensure compliance with organizational SOPs, quality standards, and training processes.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement by analyzing participant feedback and implementing process enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Learning & Development initiatives and organizational growth.
