Data Analyst

We are hiring a Data Analyst with 1–3 years of experience to analyze business data, build dashboards, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights that support business decisions. The ideal candidate is strong in SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.

• Analyze large datasets using SQL and Excel to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
• Develop SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Clean, validate, and organize data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for business and management teams.
• Track KPIs and develop meaningful data visualizations.
• Collaborate with business, product, finance, and technology teams to understand reporting requirements.
• Identify data quality issues and recommend improvements.
• Translate complex data findings into clear business recommendations.
• Support data-driven decision-making across different business functions.

• 1–3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI.
• Experience creating dashboards and reports in Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of data visualization and reporting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Preferred: Experience working with large datasets and cross-functional teams.
• Preferred: Knowledge of data cleaning and validation techniques, KPIs, business metrics, and statistical concepts.
