Tax Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on direct tax and income tax matters, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation and review of tax returns and tax provisioning for clients in the renewable energy sector.
• Analyze tax implications of various business decisions and transactions, particularly in the solar and wind energy industries.
• Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on clients.
• Collaborate with clients to develop tax strategies that align with their business objectives while minimizing tax liabilities.
• Conduct tax research and prepare technical memoranda to support tax positions taken.
