Job Description – Business Development Executive

• *Salary:** ₹16,000 per month + Incentives
• *Working Hours:** 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• *Week Off:** Sunday

• *Lead Support:** Leads will be provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle leads provided by the company and identify potential customers for banking products.
• Interact with customers and explain product features, benefits, eligibility, and application procedures.
• Generate business through branch and open-market activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, branch staff, and Branch Managers.
• Collect and coordinate customer documents and complete the required documentation process.
• Follow up with customers to convert leads into business.
• Participate in sales campaigns and promotional activities to achieve business targets.
• Update daily leads, follow-ups, conversions, and business reports.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC requirements, and prescribed procedures.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, convincing, and customer-handling abilities.
• Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
• Target-oriented approach.
• Basic knowledge of banking products and documentation.
• Fluency in Tamil; English communication skills preferred.

• Any graduate; MBA/PGDM candidates may also apply.
