As a Talent Acquisition Team Lead, you will oversee the recruitment process, manage a team of recruiters, and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance our hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure effective recruitment processes.
• Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various roles.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide insights on market trends and candidate availability.
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS, to streamline the hiring process and improve candidate experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and recruitment agencies to enhance sourcing capabilities.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven decisions.
