Talent Acquisition Specialist - IT & Non IT

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment & Sourcing

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding coordination.
• IT Hiring: Source and qualify technical talent across software engineering, QA, DevOps, data science, and cloud domains using platforms like GitHub, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search strings.
• Non-IT Hiring: Lead recruitment for corporate, finance, sales, marketing, operations, and manufacturing/engineering roles.
• Proactively source active and passive candidates through social channels, employee referrals, networking, and headhunting.

Stakeholder & Pipeline Management

• Consult with hiring managers to define role requirements, team skill gaps, and interview criteria.
• Provide regular market intelligence, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment metric updates to leadership.
• Maintain a seamless, engaging candidate experience with timely feedback, interview coordination, and transparent communication.
