Role PurposeThe Internal Recruiter is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of internally posted recruitment activity for assigned functions, geographies, or talent segments within Diageo. The role ensures the attraction, assessment, and hiring of diverse, high-quality talent aligned to Diageo’s Performance Ambition and Talent Strategy.Acting as a trusted internal advisor, the Internal Recruiter partners closely with hiring managers and HR to translate workforce plans into effective hiring outcomes, while delivering a consistent, high-quality candidate experience that strengthens Diageo’s employer brand.Context & ScopeTalent Engagement is Diageo’s global recruitment function, responsible for attracting, assessing, and selecting extraordinary external and internal talent.
