Roles and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for sales hiring, including sourcing candidates through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, etc.

Conduct initial screening calls with potential candidates to assess their suitability for the role.

Ensure timely communication with both internal and external parties throughout the recruitment process.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview schedules.

Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications received, and offers extended.
