It is about deeply understanding people — listening before judging, looking beyond technical skills, understanding values, orientation and intent, and creating an interview experience where every candidate, whether selected or not, feels respected, heard and valued. ## Key Responsibilities

• Lead hiring across teams at EduTap — owning the end-to-end process across functions and levels.
• Design thoughtful hiring processes — interview structures, evaluation frameworks and decision-making that are rigorous without being mechanical.
• Identify people who align with our purpose and values — assessing for orientation and intent alongside capability.
• Continuously improve the candidate experience — from first conversation to final outcome, including how we communicate a “no”.
• Help preserve and strengthen the culture we are building — acting as a custodian of who we let in, and why.

## Requirements

• 3+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a track record of hiring across functions and seniority levels — ideally in a growing organisation
• The judgement to look past a strong resume and past a weak one
• Comfort holding a view — and defending it — in a hiring debate, including when it’s inconvenient
• Genuine care for the person on the other side of the table, whatever the outcome
• The instinct to build a process rather than simply run one

## Location & Work Mode

Work from Office (full-time, on-site). Working Days: Monday to Saturday, with the 1st and 3rd Saturday off.
