Talent Acquisition Specialist- Contract (6month To 1yr Contract)

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely closure of open positions while delivering a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer release and onboarding coordination.
• Understand hiring requirements and job specifications by partnering with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
• Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring panels.
• Manage candidate communication, interview feedback, salary negotiations, offer discussions, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely offer release and onboarding.
• Drive recruitment for lateral and niche positions within agreed timelines and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and MIS reports, including pipeline status, offer acceptance, and joining ratios.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and internal hiring processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• MBA or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources preferred.
• 4 - 6 years of experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition or recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other candidate sourcing platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deliver within defined hiring timelines.
• Experience in corporate or IT/telecom recruitment will be an added advantage.
• Immediate -15 days joiners would be preferred.
