Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance and support in sourcing and screening candidates.
• Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to meet the hiring needs of the organization.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing requirements and create tailored recruitment plans.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on hiring progress and challenges.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes.
