Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

• Source candidates through job portals and social media platforms
• Connect with candidates via calls and WhatsApp
• Explain job roles and interview processes clearly
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
• Maintain candidate records and daily recruitment reports

On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 200000 /year
