About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

• Talent sourcing mastery: Learn how to use LinkedIn and job portals effectively.
• Screening & shortlisting: Practice assessing resumes, conducting HR telephonic screenings, and evaluating fit.
• Interview coordination: Manage interview schedules with candidates and clients.
• HR communication skills: Write professional candidate emails, rejection notes, and follow-ups.
• Client interaction: Get exposure to how consultancy firms handle client requirements.
• Recruitment analytics: Learn basics of dashboards, candidate pipelines, and closure tracking.

Stipend
