Basics of Networking concepts Basic knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows/Linux) Assist customers with technical issues and provide effective solutions Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems Document and track customer issues and resolutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and operating systems Handle basic networking issues (Wi‑Fi, VPN, IP configuration) Log tickets in the helpdesk system and document resolutions Familiarity with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
