Role Description The Supply Chain Executive will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, production planning, inventory control, and coordination with vendors and internal teams. Day-to-day activities include monitoring material availability, optimizing production schedules, tracking logistics and distribution, and ensuring timely delivery of finished goods to various channels. The role involves analyzing operational data, identifying process bottlenecks, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service levels.

The Supply Chain

Executive will collaborate closely with manufacturing, procurement, sales, and finance to align supply plans with business objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pathshala.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Supply Chain Operations and Production Planning skills to manage end-to-end processes and coordinate with manufacturing teams.
• Candidates should possess solid Demand Planning and Analytical Skills to forecast requirements, interpret data, and optimize inventory and capacity.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, and logistics partners.
• Experience in FMCG or beverage manufacturing, with knowledge of procurement, warehousing, and distribution best practices.
• Proficiency in supply chain planning tools, spreadsheets, and ERP systems, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Pathshala, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
