Structural Engineer | Telecom Infra | M.Tech - Structure | Salary - CTC per month

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Structural Engineer position based in Indore, focused on telecom infrastructure projects.

The Structural

Engineer will design and review structural elements for telecom towers and related civil works, including foundations, equipment supports, and ancillary structures. Daily tasks include performing structural analysis and calculations, preparing and checking CAD drawings, coordinating with project and site teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and safety standards. The role involves inspecting existing structures, preparing technical reports, supporting construction and installation activities, and optimizing designs for cost-effectiveness and long-term performance. The monthly compensation for this role is up to 25,000 INR CTC, depending on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering, with the ability to apply engineering principles to telecom tower and related infrastructure design.
• Proficiency in Structural Analysis and Calculations to assess load-bearing capacity, stability, and safety of towers and associated structures.
• Hands-on experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for preparing, modifying, and reviewing structural drawings and layout plans.
• M.Tech in Structural Engineering (or equivalent postgraduate degree) from a recognized institution.
• Knowledge of relevant Indian and international codes/standards for structural and telecom infrastructure design.
• Ability to work on-site, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and conduct field inspections in active project environments.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.
• Prior experience in telecom infrastructure or tower design is an advantage but motivated early-career professionals are also encouraged to apply.
