Job Description

The Sr.Manager - HR & Admin - Corporate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR and admin end to end activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Talent Acquisition – Hiring the right talent as per business needs.
• Talent Management through employee development, engagement, motivation, and career growth.
• Manage full cycle of HR end to end activities
• Manage Learning and Development of Employees. Training & Upskilling
• Oversee and manage PMS (Performance Appraisal System) across the organization.
• Manage Salary Administration and Payroll Processing
• Handle Employee Relations and Grievances.
• Handle Statutory Compliance and legal cases related to HR
• Manage Admin and Welfare related activities.
• Manage Factory HR Operations of all units
• Facilitate HR Operation and support for new projects.

Qualifications and Experience

· Minimum 12+ yrs of experience as Manager HR and Admin in Garments or Manufacturing Industry.

• MSW, MBA - HR, Labour Law or related degree in HR
• Proven experience as Manager HR in Manufacturing or Garment Industry
• People-oriented and results-driven.
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
