Open Positions:Technical Recruitment

• Senior US IT Recruiter – 5+ years of experience
• Qualification : Any degree / Technical Degree
• Shift Timings : 6.00 PM to 3.00 AM IST
• Location : Uppal, Hyderabad

Required Skillset

• Strong experience in US IT Recruitment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of technical roles, technologies and skill sets
• Proven sourcing, screening and candidate management skills
• Target-oriented approach with a focus on closures

Key Responsibilities

Senior US IT Recruiter

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment.
• Source, screen and submit qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups.
• Manage negotiations and offer closures.
