Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles such as Sales, Customer Support, Telecalling, Back Office, Admin, and Operations.
• Source candidates through job portals, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and achieve hiring targets.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
